Wireless Comparative Analysis and Best Practices Education Project | Print |  Email

Community Partners, the California Community Technology Policy Group (CCTPG), the BroadBand Institute of California (BBIC), and the California Emerging Technology Fund (CETF) are implementing the Wireless Comparative Analysis and Best Practices Education Project.  Funded by CETF, this project seeks to identify and highlight lessons learned and promising practices in the area of government-led wireless networks, with a special emphasis on Digital Inclusion.  The project findings and analysis are expected to help local governments, community representatives, and industry plan, develop, and implement the most effective, inclusive, and sustainable wireless networks as part of their broadband deployment plans.  The project findings and analysis will be presented in a final report expected to be released Summer 2008.

Drafts of the report’s findings and analysis can be found below.  The Project Team invites community, government, and industry stakeholders to review the documents and submit their feedback.
