Donate by check or money order by mailing to the address on the right. If making a donation to one of Community Partners’ projects, please make the check payable to: Community Partners FOR “project name”.

Community Partners’ Employee Identification Number is 95-4302067 and our IRS Determination letter is available upon request.

Donate cryptocurrency to any of our fiscally sponsored projects through The Giving Block by filling out the widget on the right. Please note that your donation will be automatically converted into cash, which is then received by Community Partners and dispersed to the designated project.
