The project is laser-focused on enhancing the existing infrastructure and preserving homeownership by making existing BIPOC single-family homeowners’ part of the housing solution by converting Mom’s house into a courtyard fourplex, providing a home and three income properties to cause generational wealth in traditionally underserved residential areas.
