Impossible Market

  • Project Lead: Saima Haque

Impossible Market aims to provide free and highly-subsidized food and groceries to people severely impacted by COVID-19. An estimated 55 million Americans rely on free food and groceries from SNAP and EBT benefits, food banks, and other nonprofits. The project’s vision is to create a neighborhood “For Benefit Market” that optimizes access to food banks, low-cost groceries, and economies of scale to help deliver food to those in need with maximum efficiency, choice, and value.
