The Catalog is envisioned as a collection of pre-approved home designs for displaced residents to affordably and expeditiously rebuild, while collectively retaining our community identity and local architectural character. Our target population is the middle to low income population of the Foothill region (Altadena, Pasadena, Sierra Madre) that lost their home to the Eaton Fire, and may have no other option to rebuild their home and remain on their property. The Eaton Fire affected approximately 6,000 residential properties that could potentially all benefit from our project.
