The Purple Aisle is a civic leadership accelerator. Millennials from all parties come to advance political theories and collaborate on policies, programs and prototypes in lab-style environments that integrate innovation and rapid-problem solving into political thought leadership.
We provide emerging civic leaders with executive level training through online learning courses and simulators – where they face real scenarios and have to make real-time decisions like public officials. We combine this training with quarterly innovation labs where we invite cohorts from red and blue states to solve regional issues and pitch bipartisan solutions to elected and civic leaders within 48 hours.
