Mental health education, early intervention, advocacy, and collaboration are the pillars of YouthWell’s work. YouthWell seeks to simplify access to mental health and wellness resources for youth through age 25 and their families, making solid connections through warm handoffs. Services are free and provided in English and Spanish. YouthWell provides an online Youth & Family Mental Health & Wellness Resource Directory, a Community Calendar, Family Care Coordination & Wellness Navigation, Support Groups, Youth Advocacy Board, and monthly Wellness Workshops.

The YouthWell Community Collaborative and the Youth Linkages Network includes 50 engaged partners and convenes quarterly. Through these partnerships, they aim to drive systemic change, close service gaps, and remove barriers, ensuring that every young person has access to the care and support they need. Addressing youth mental health requires collective action. No single agency can meet these needs alone. Success depends on strong partnerships among our healthcare providers, schools, families, funders, county agencies, and business community – working together to break down silos and create an integrated system of care.
