Kerryn Agyekum Joins Community Partners as Vice President, Equity, Talent, and Culture

Los Angeles, CA – August 2, 2024 – Community Partners is pleased to welcome Kerryn Agyekum as our Vice President, Equity, Talent, and Culture. An experienced and innovative leader in people management and organizational culture, Agyekum will serve on the organization’s executive team and oversee all human resources functions.

In this new role, Agyekum will expand and lead Community Partners’ efforts to center equity and excellence across all talent and culture systems, processes, and infrastructure.

Agyekum brings 25 years of experience as a human resources; Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Justice (DEIJ); and internal communications executive across a broad range of industries worldwide. This cross-sector experience includes Fortune brands in transportation, beauty, consumer products, financial services, media, healthcare, and certified B Corporations. Additionally, she has been responsible for building and strengthening people processes, DEIJ, and internal communications in nonprofit and academic institutions. Most recently, she served as the founder of The Corporate Activist, LLC, where she consulted with organizations to develop and strengthen a people-centered workplace experience.
